In February 2026, a 51-year-old decided to start over. After 23 years in US enterprise software, co-founding an accelerator, and mentoring 50+ founders, he found himself at a crossroads. This time, he had only himself, 8 AI agents, and a $200/month budget.
40 days later: 2 websites live, 43 blog posts published, an 18-judge audit system built, a CRM deployed, and a complete methodology framework — all built by one person + AI.
